How to upgrade to v1.5.4?

Im very new to Zen Cart. I've been having my site for a while but hadnt had the opportunity to play around with it much. I finally got a little free time and logged in. Im still running version v1.5.1. I am trying to upgrade to v1.5.4 and not sure how to go about doing so. I downloaded zen cart v1.5.4, but not sure how to install the necessary files without harming the little customization that I done on version v1.5.1. My site is https://www.kiascreativeexpressions.com

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Since you don't seem to have any content (products, images. etc.) on your site, I'd be inclined to start over with a fresh installation of 1.5.4 and the template files from Picaflor-Azul you used before.
