I need help doing some maintenance on my website!!!

I had another user on zencart helping me get my website up to date on a few things. He did so for about 6 months now he is MIA. I need to update my zen cart to the newest edition, update my USPS portal, get my LinkPoint/First data running, etc. I have never worked on a website before and I do not know how to do any of these things. The previous person helped me through TeamViewer. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! :D
