Need help with footer

Guys, Im need to this zencart thing. I normally design sites using Dreamweaver or Html so this is foreign to me. I got a website dropped on my lap and i need help. The website address is https://www.miscpaper.com. Im trying to change the footer of the website but for the life of me i cant find the right file. I did try changing the index file in dreamweaver but although it changed the site it coorupted the pages and none of the links worked after that.

Im just looking to change the text below. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Dreamweaver will just embed code you really don't want and is not recommended. Nor is any html editor. Notepad or Notepad+ will work for you without adding extra code gibberish.
That said, in your_secret_admin folder (miscpaper.com/sencart4/your_secret_admin), you'll find the admin menus. Under the one marked Tools is the Developers Tool Kit.
Click on it, scroll down to Look-Up in all files, enter Orders/Administration in the Key or Name: block. In the first drop-down, select All Files - Catalog. Then click the Search Button.
That should show the file where that information is entered.

Thanks so much. Its showing me 6 possible lines. What tool should i use to modify the files if you think any notepad wont do.
