ERROR_CAPCTHA when creating an account

I recently upgraded my zen cart from 1.3.8 to 1.5.4. Since I upgraded customers cannot create a new account. They enter their information and then they get an error. ERROR_CAPCTHA

I tried searching in the forum, but am not finding anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

capctha is a 3rd party addon
did you upgrade those files also??

I'm not sure. Maybe it has to do with the template that I changed it to. I'll post something on the template forum.

check your /logs folder

Missing a language define as part of the plugin. If changed template, then yes there are files that need tobe reinstalled/merged to maintain overall functionality.
