USPS Module: Canada does not show first class letter rate
I am using the most current USPS module 5-31-2015 and Zen Cart 1.5.4 When a Canadian customer places an order for an item that weighs 1-2 ounces on our website- www.lostakey.net- , the option for first class letter rate does not appear on checkout. The only option that DOES show is First Class Package International rate which is currently about $6.50. In the USPS module I have these International Options checked- 1st Class International Letter (MAX factor of .21875 built in) 1st Class International Large Envelope and 1st class International Package Rate. Under decimal settings I have changed this to 2 recently to see if it would help. Under “Enable USPS First Class Filter for US Shipping” it is set to “True” which I think is the default. Under “All packages shipped machinable?” is set to false.
How can I get the cheaper first class letter rate to show as an option for Canadian customers and other countries as well? Thank You!
