Restrict Store Pickup to City or Zip Code Radius?

I understand that Zen-Cart has the functionality of restricting shipping to zones. How do I build a zone for a particular city or particular zip code radius? Is that possible?

Scroll down and take a look at the first item in similar threads. While talking about zones, it does also mention zip codes as well.

This plugin will do exactly what you are trying to achieve: https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1702

Make sure you grab the right version for your ZC installation. Version: 1.4.1 does not work for ZC 1.5.3 or lower, so if you are running ZC 1.5.3 then you need to grab PDP Version: 1.4.0
