pages not showing

hello,
I need to add new pages in the menu
I had a few guess but i have no result.
Can somebody help ?

I do the folowing things

1 menu
I add the link in my template :
/www/zencart/includes/templates/responsive_sheffield_blue/templates/tpl_modules_mobile_categories_tabs

2 page/module
I create a directory with the name of my page "cours_doc" and the headerphp.php for this page in
/www/zencart/includes/modules/pages/fichier

3 Tittles
I create the file "cours_doc.php" with my tittles in
/www/zencart/includes/languages/french/responsive_sheffield_blue/fichier français
It works when i change the link for "about_us" or "page_2" but not for "cours_doc - the tittle are those of index.php

4 texte
I create a file "define_cours_doc.php" with the html text in
/www/zencart/includes/languages/french/html_includes/responsive_sheffield_blue/define_
*It is the text I see in the config but not on the site

5 In filenames.php, I add
define('FILENAME_COURS_DOC', 'cours_doc');
*I am not sure it is necessary

6 in the database, I add in the configuration table
589 - Define cours_doc Status DEFINE_COURS_DOC_STATUS 0 Enable the Defined cours_doc Link/Text?0= Link ON,...
I see it all right in the config but I am not sure it is necessary

anyway, it doen't work.
What is missing ?

Couple of things:

Need the following directory and applicable files (header_php.php for one, and any variable files necessary for a page)
/www/zencart/includes/modules/pages/cours_doc

New define files if to be used need to exist in both the main directory and then in the override directory.
I create a file "define_cours_doc.php" with the html text in
/www/zencart/includes/languages/french/html_includes/define_cours_doc.php

Glad to know that a search was performed. I had thought there was a FAQ about it, knowing that I'd previously used the guidance on that page, but when not found there, I went to the wiki. Lots of good information there, even if it is a little dated. Old or not, it generally still applies and can be extremely helpful.
