CDN - Cookie Usage Message

We are using a CDN on our website.

We have started getting complaints about customers not getting to the "Log In" page , they get a "Cookie Usage" message instead:
Cookie Usage
We have detected that your browser does not support cookies, or cookies have been disabled.
......................

This only happens on websites for which we have enabled the CDN.

We have searched the entire forum and have implemented the "Force Cookie Usage" to True.

What else could we do.

Hope somebody can update.
We even replaced includes/spiders.txt as on a discussion on the forum.
