1&1 and SSL Enable
OK guys; I have had 1&1 sort out the problem and it all works. What they did is add some script to the '.htaccess file in the root which gives me for my site```

I cannot see if they have added any code anywhere else, so therefore, in theory, if anybody else has this problem, this code may be useful.
