I don't receive any order confirmations
Hello!
I don't know how to solve my issue, so I need your help.
I run version 1.5.1 and I don't get any order confirmations when a customer has ordered something. I have added my email address, so that should be fine. Also, and maybe that is the main issue, is that I can't see the orders under Customers > Orders in the Admin panel. It is as if the customers can order products without getting it registered in my Admin panel.
So due to this, I can't see what sizes of a certain product that the customer has ordered, which of course is a big issue for me. The customers address I can see, since they have registered it, and I can also see the items via the external payment program, but still, it would be more professional to not having to email the customers and have to ask what they have ordered...
Maybe it's difficult for you to help me out, but any ideas are more than welcome. And possibly the order confirmation isn't the main issue, maybe the main issue is that the orders aren't registered so I can see them in the admin panel...
