paypal freezes up - shows a white screen and nothing else

paypal freezes up - shows a white screen and nothing else

I've been getting reports that paypal freeze after logging into paypal from the paypal button

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_express-checkout&token=EC-##############&useraction=continue#/checkout/review

shows a continue button

and after pressing the continue button I get back to

https://www.benzbonz.biz/store/ipn_main_handler.php?type=ec&zenid=########b&token=EC-###########&PayerID=#########

which shows a white screen and nothing else.

I can go back to the previous page with the back button.

No monies withdrawn from paypal account.

I think it has something to do with the express checkout selecting cheapest shipping.
also not sure it the freeze up occurs from the cart.

When it returns back to your store, to the ipn handler script, it is encountering an error in your Zen Cart and displaying the blank page. Under most circumstances that error will be recorded in logs as described here: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?124-blank-page
