Given that the operating system is largely irrelevant at this point, let's leave that part out of it.

Was the traffic that triggered the logs coming at the same time as a server reboot?

There's really not much to discuss if the problem isn't reproducible on-demand ... and as far as I can tell the only likely "cause" that could trigger it is a reboot or having the database engine down due to a restart/software-update/etc.

No the server was not down. It seems like it was just that one bot semrush.com, and it was always the same url that was identified. Im not getting any errors of any kind. Is there something I did to turn that off?

Since the errors are no longer appearing in the debug file, this is a moot issue that should be ended until it appears again.
