Fedexwebservices not splitting packages, Ready to ship

when i add 5 different items to cart , calculates and displays 5 boxes.
when i add 8 buckets of glue 48 lbs each, ready to ship field is checked, only gives rate for 1 bucket and only shows 1 boxes

What are the settings in your Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Tare weight 0:0
Large 0:0
Maximum weight I will ship: 199999

Your Maximum Weight does not allow for boxes to be made with such a high value ...

The Default is: 50

This is used to divide up the total weight into boxes up to 50 lbs ... you might try adjusting that Maximum Weight ...

I believe it has something to do with the ready to ship, same thing happens for ups also

Changed it to 50 and still same

It is not multiply same items, it does change rate for a different item

Whether I put 1 or 20 of same item with ready to ship activated it does not change rate. If I turn it ready to ship off, it will calculate as a whole but cuts off at 150lbs

What Federal Express version are you using?

What are your settings on the Modules ... Shipping ... FedEx fedexwebservices settings?

What settings u want to know, ready to field is checked enable is set to true, address validation is true, only ship ground,

I am assuming you have no code changes from the original FedEx fedexwebservices, and assuming you are using v1.4.9 ...

I went to numinx website last night downloaded and installed new version but still says 1.4.5

After loading the new version did you do a REMOVE then an INSTALL and reconfigure it?

Ok 1.49. is installed, Same thing, when more than 1 of the same product is in cart only get rates for 1 item

i have installed the shipping boxes manager
took the Ups.php from that file and changed out mine(per included instructions) for this one and it is doing the same thing as fedexwebservices

i have to uncheck ready to ship on product page before it will register the extra weight, dont think this is how it should be

You might check with numinix on this to see what is up ... I have not used the Shipping Boxes Manager ... perhaps he can spot the issue that you are having ...
