Best Responsive Template

Hi all,

I need to look to change templates to a responsive template to keep up with the changing ways that customers view websites.

With this in mind which Zencart responsive templates have you found work the best.

BTW, my online store is a speciality grocery website

Cheers
Martyn

Re: Best Responsive Template

Picaflor Azul has a fantastic selection of free and commercial templates, you won't go wrong with one of hers.

Re: Best Responsive Template

I think your store would look nice with the Sheffield Blue.

Re: Best Responsive Template

I used westminster new. I didn't try any others, so I can't say whether it is better or worse, but I liked the look & installed it.

I didn't find any issues, but did make some tweaks to get it to how it is.

Re: Best Responsive Template

Each responsive template is different there are some very nice free ones and some very nice "premium" ones.

It's really a personal preference I have used virtually every single responsive template on the forum, and they all have their good/bad points. In my opinion the ones on the forum (by nature of the community) are always being improved upon.

As far as the "best", it's like asking what the best car is.
It really depends on
1.) Look you are going for
2.) Customization you want or want to add
3.) Your skill set

Typically I find a template "close" to what styling I'm looking for and tweak and tweak and tweak until I get it exactly what I want. Sometimes I can use the template out of the box, sometimes I spend 8-10 hours just customizing it.
