Looking for an appoinment app.

I started off with an ecommerce business, then opened my own auto repair facility. I am wondering if anyone here has some good ideas for a scheduling app that I could integrate with zen-cart? I think something where they pick a date, and time, and it generates an email, that I can respond to, and either verify the appointment, or change it.

So that was back in 2015, and it's now 2020...

I'm rewriting my Amor Aromatherapy site on v1.5.7 (https://www.AmorAromatherapy.com) using Westminster_New template, and am looking for a similar scenario where my clinical clients can book directly with me via my website. Anyone know of anything available yet that will integrate well with Zencart? If not, who would like to quote me to design me one? :-)

Re: Looking for an appoinment app.

For booking appointments that have nothing to do with selling a certain product on your store, you don't need to customize any built-in features.

You could simply create an account with Harmonizely or Calendly or one of dozens of related services and drop a link to it on your store in one or more of several possible places:

  • ez-page header-bar link to offsite URL or an ez-page with a snippet embedded on it
  • banner
  • sidebox
  • a bit of html or javascript dropped into one of your template pages or even a define-page.

I sell my consultations online.... so that's why I would like it integrated... :-)
