[Duplicate] Cheapest shipping not selected if there's only one module active

Running ZC 1.5.4 w/ minimum modifications. The shop only has one shipping module defined (Flat Rate). When a customer goes to checkout, the cheapest/only shipping module is not selected.

To correct this, I changed line 212 of /includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/header_php.php from:

  if ( !isset($_SESSION['shipping']) && (zen_count_shipping_modules() > 1) )  $_SESSION['shipping'] = $shipping_modules->cheapest();

to

  if ( !isset($_SESSION['shipping']) && (zen_count_shipping_modules() >[B]=[/B] 1) )  $_SESSION['shipping'] = $shipping_modules->cheapest();
