can login to my admin page

Hi when I try to login to my zen cart admin page it sends me to the home page of the zen cart how do I fix this it was working fin yesterday any ideas ?

If answer is none, then what changes were made by someone else that might have affected the store? (Ie. Php version or access by someone else/changes in files, etc...)
