Only Super Users Can Access Banner Statistics
The banner_statistics.php file isn't registered automatically in Admin Profiles.
To remedy, I created a file in YOUR_ADMIN/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/banner_statistics.php with the following content:

define('BOX_BANNER_STATISTICS', 'Banner Statistics');
