USPS Stopped working today

USPS stopped providing a shipping value today sometime after 9:00 AM

I have a second install of 1.5.4 and it won't work with that one either.

I'm using the latest version of USPS. The connection is timing out. I'm not getting any value.

I get this for the debug: 28 Connection timed out after 15001 milliseconds

USPS appears to be back up now ...

It just came back on
