No shipping charge at checkout

Hello,

I am using a table rate and I also want the option of store pick up.
When I reach checkout there only shipping method is 'store pickup'.
No tax or shipping is charged. I have changed lbs to kg.
Any idea what I'm missing?
If you try my cart please only buy the jewellery items as I have added a weight onto those to go with the shipping rate. Ta.

I have attached image showing my table rate set up.

While I cannot read the image for the Table Rate, it appears you have a Zone on it.

1 If you take the Zone off, does Table Rate come up?

2 if so, does it break again when you add the Zone?

3 if so, what are the Zone Definition DETAILS set to be on:

Do you just have the 1 setting for the DETAILS?

1. When I remove the Zone I get shipping appearing but no tax.
   
   2.Yes it does break if add the zone back in. It says 'Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.'
   3.In the zone definitions I had Australia, when I clicked on that folder inside it I had United states-Florida !
   I changed it to Australia- New south wales and it seems to be working. At the check out I have best way and walk in so thats good. I do not see the tax though.
   I also have a message under payment method which says 'Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."

I still need to add the other states in to zone definitions I have only added nsw. Do you think thats why I'm getting that msg.

What Payment Module(s) do you have installed?

Do you have Zones setup on your Payment Module(s) ...

If so, if you remove the Zone does it work?

If so, same thing, check the Zone Definition DETAILS to ensure that the Zone Definition DETAILS are properly defined ...

On the Zone Definition DETAILS you can add all the Zones that are approved to use the Shipping and/or Payment modules ...

I actually don't have any payment module installed at present. I am planning on installing Pay Pal Express checkout.
I am just waiting for the API details.

I am getting tax at the checkout now (my bad it wasn't added to product in the catalogue).
I am still getting the 'Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time' message.

In the Zone definition that you added, what is its DETAILS set to?

In Zone definitions when I click details it has this.

I see shipping charges for those ... what are you adding to the shopping cart that you do not see these?

Yes that's correct shipping charges show. The sorry message is in the next step of the cart.

Latest update.
I have activated the pay pal and the Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time' message has disappeared.
It probably was because it didn't have a payment module installed. Logical really.
