Attribute pictures

HI all... Need some help.

I am in the process of adding a bunch of attributes to a large number of products. I am wanting to add pictures to my attributes to make it look like the link below:

I like when you hover of the picture it gets bigger. I also like that the image is next to the selection.

HERE is my site, with a sample product with attributes and a test picture. Any ideas on how to make it do what the above site has?

I have the Tableau template which has just be correct to display the attribute name.
