How to make a custom HTML create account confirmation email

Hello i have been trying to make a custom html email to use as a confirmation email on the includes/languages/English/extra_definitions/no_account.php file
I have already made a html email for a request a callback which is working perfectly but i cant seem to intergrate the exact same code into the create account success email
i tried to put it in the define('EMAIL_TEXT' bit but it comes out with my MIME header on the page so i cant seem to make it HTML :(
I will be very grateful for any help i can get for this

Have you looked at includes/languages/english/create_account.php
