Is zencart-templates.com safe

Hi all im very new to doing a website but wanted to know has anyone had any experice with zencart-templates.com as they got some really nice templates that be perfect for my site and really cheap too but worried its a scam anyone used them before i buy one of there templates thanks

or is it
zencart templates .com without the dash or spaces?

zencart-templates.com i think its a fake site shame as there templetes are great and they add them to 
