Send Mail To Customers from Admin times out

When sending mail to more than one customer the Send Mail feature times out, though a very few unknown number of customers receive the email. This occurred when I was on v1.5.0 and persists now that I'm on 1.5.4. I have ran Check Data base and no errors are exist. Suggestions would be appreciated. This was not the case back when I first installed ZenCart, but started when I got to around 600-800 customers. I now have around 3,000 customers and would like to communicate with them.

If you are attempting to use your hosting account to advertise your products then this is most likely not allowed
It is advertisement and should be treated as such just as if you had to snail mail a flyer to your 3,000 customers with a stamp

You should look into a contact service like mail chimp or the like

You are most likely limited to the number of emails per hour by your host and why it appears that it is timing out

The following resolve this issue:
Log into WHM here: http://YOURSITE.com/whm

username: root
Password: this can be set from cPanel under the "Server" tab using "Access Manager"
(If you land on a "featured showcase" page click the "Exit to WHM" button)

Click on Service Configuration >PHP Configuration Editor and ensure that all limits are high enough so that isn't timing it out.

Then go to: Service Configuration >Configure PHP and suEXEC -- and set the php 5 handler to suphp if its not already and see if the same things happens.

Both timeout values for 3000 customers ended up being 1000.
