Custom selectbox pass on to order

Hi,
I need to have a custom selectbox (I cant use standard attributes for this) on some products.
How can I pass the selected option on to shoppingcart and order?

Re: Custom selectbox pass on to order

What's special about this checkbox that attributes won't handle?
