Cherry Zen Template 1.9 Compatability With v1.5.4?

Is the Cherry Zen Template 1.9 compatible with Zen Cart 1.5.4?

Given that the template hasn't been updated since 2012 and Zen Cart v1.5.4 was released in December 2014, I'll say that it's most likely not compatible without some careful file-merging. There were a couple of "significant" template-related changes introduced in Zen Cart v1.5.1 through 1.5.4.

One thing that has changed in general for templates in the more recent versions of ZC is the reference to the product URI that appears in the tpl_product_info_default.php file (and other associated product types). I don't recall the specifics of the change, but some templates may need to be modified to support either multiple ZC versions or the version to which it is applied... As lat9 said though, comparison of the unmodified template_default files with the template modified version will 1) show the changes made to support the look of the template, but 2) also possibly the differences that should be applied to bring the template up to better compatibility.
