USPS Shipping Version: 2015-05-31 K7 Not Providing Rate Quotes

New clean install of Zen Cart 1.5.4 and USPS Shipping Module Version: 2015-05-31 K7. USPS Shipping Module not showing shipping quotes. Have been registered with USPS Web Tools since 2008 and production server is on. UPS Shipping Module works. Can provide log files if that would help. Had USPS Shipping Module Version: K3 running on Zen Cart 1.3.8a for years without any problems. I would really appreciate some help finally getting this newer module to work. Thank you in advance.

If you can make sure the Debug Log is on in the Modules ... Shipping ... for the USPS module then try a quote, next look in the /logs directory and Zip the shipping logs that are generated and attach them to your post I can review this issue ...

You appear to have checked ALL of the Extra Services and not ALL of the Extra Services work together ...

Which Extra Services do you really need? :lookaroun

Really do not require any. I have unchecked them all and first retest worked. I have attached the zip file. Please let me know if you see any more mistakes I may of made in the configuration. Will test some more including a complete test purchase and sale and get back to you. Thank you so very much for your quick responses.

I am not seeing any obvious issues ... do your testing and see if you are getting the expected results ...

Re: USPS Shipping Version: 2015-05-31 K7 Not Providing Rate Quotes

My Shipment Method page seems to be functioning. Itnow shows " Walk In ", " UPS " & " USPS ". I choose " Priority Mail " and click the Continue CheckOut button which takes me to the Continue to Step 2 / Choose Your Payment Method page. I choose " Check / Money Order " and click the Continue CheckOut button which takes me to the Continue to Step 3 / Confirm Your Order page. When I click Continue CheckOut button this time all I get is a blank white page. I have tried different Shipping Methods, Payment Methods all with the same results. Would appreciate any help diagnosing this new problem. Thank you in advance.

Look in your /logs and see what the current debug logs are related to when you get the white screen ...

Re: USPS Shipping Version: 2015-05-31 K7 Not Providing Rate Quotes

Log file reads as follows:

[31-Dec-2015 14:38:49 EST5EDT] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class order in /xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/public_html/store/includes/classes/order.php on line 1102.

When applying Dr. Byte's security fixes for Zen Cart 1.5.4 affected files I screwed up in the renaming of the affected files:

/ajax.php - 1st. to /ajax_org.php and then correctly renamed it to /ajax.php.org;

/includes/modules/pages/checkout_confirmation/header_php.php - 1st. to /includes/modules/pages/checkout_confirmation/header_php_org.php and then correctly renamed it to /includes/modules/pages/checkout_confirmation/header_php.php.org;

/includes/functions/html_output.php - 1st. to /includes/functions/html_output_org.php and then correctly renamed it to /includes/functions/html_output.php.org.

Putting the .org after the .php extension fixed that problem. I was able to successfully complete a test Check Out. Now off to the next adventure?

Again Thank You for your quick response & A Very Happy, Safe and Prosperous New Year To You Ajeh !!!!!!!

Re: USPS Shipping Version: 2015-05-31 K7 Not Providing Rate Quotes

You are most welcome glad that things worked for you!

I use on renaming:
ajax.php
ajax.php_HIDE

so that self loading things do not "accidentally" load ...

Have a Happy New Year!

FWIW, the issue was associated with the highlighted file. Within a /includes/modules/pages/{page_name} folder, ***all **files matching header_php.php are loaded, so your renamed file header_php_org.php matched and was loaded.

The other two files are loaded by their specific name, so wouldn't have presented an issue.
