Server Settings

Hi, my hosts want to upgrade my server settings to the following.

PHP 5.5.0
MySQL 5.6.0

I have a zen cart shop running 1.5.0, does anyone know if will this be affected?

Your ZC 1.5.0 shop will have **significant **issues running under any version of PHP higher than or equal to 5.4.0 (like there will be PHP errors that prevent the shop from running).

If your host provides such an option, you'll want your store to stay on a lower version of PHP (like PHP 5.3.3?) while you schedule your Zen Cart upgrade.
