This add-on addresses the new and changed Special Services for the USPS May 31, 2015

Be aware that the Special Services will only work on the USPS Production Server once USPS has update the server.

This update can be tested on the Test Server, until then.

This update addresses the new and changed shipping methods, in addition to a few country changes for Zen Cart v1.5.5 for the USPS January 17, 2016
The additional country changes will not prevent this from working in older versions.

Without this update, after January 17, 2016 several shipping methods will work correctly, or will give incorrect shipping quotes.
This module also works with the new USPS rates.

It is important to note that Domestic Insurance now has 3 settings:
Insurance - (Any method not Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express)
Priority Mail Express Insurance - (Specific to Priority Mail Express)
Priority Mail Insurance - (Specific to Priority Mail)

Be sure to load the files to the server and UNINSTALL, REINSTALL and re-configure this module.

There was an error on the Zip for the USPS January 17, 2016 shipping module.

If you downloaded it before 12:15 PM EST, please download it again. You will know that you have the back Zip when your site goes wonky. Sorry for the inconvenience.

NOTE: USPS has a few quirks on identifying Country names. Unfortunately, until the Production Server was updated and any other rate quotes are updated we do not know what these Country name changes may be. Most Countries are up to date with the exception of some obscure Country names.
