Website won't load, only white blank pages...?

I have a website https://www.thesoapary.com that I have had up and running fine for years. Went a long time without upgrading it or really messing with it. 2 weeks ago I decided it was time to upgrade it, but I cannot get the website to load now. I get blank white pages, no errors, no nothing :unsure: I can log into the admin area just fine. It worked years with no problems and loaded fine for me up until couple weeks ago. I have not changed anything at all. It is hosted by GoDaddy, called them and they show no issues on their end. Any help is much appreciated.

In general that's quite common issue after upgrade, especially if there were some 3rd party modules installed. Mostly its caused by redeclaring functions already declared somewhere or some typo (like missing bracket) made during merging files. Most issues are reported in error logs so they can be tracked but there are some types or bug that don't generate logs and are hard to track.

Start from checking logs folder for any infos (also check permissions to be sure logs and other files are correctly generated).
If there is no track then try switching to default template (sometimes bugs are in customized template files), if it loads then you know more less where to look for an issue cause.

Ie, in indicating that attempted to upgrade, is it the upgrade attempt that now resulted in the store front being blank, or was it blank and you're trying to figure out how to do the upgrade?

Did you make backups of files and database before doing the upgrade?

I did not or have not tried to upgrade because when I went try to pull up my website nothing happened, just blank, so I have been trying to figure out what happened. So no upgrade has been attempted yet, nothing has been done to any files, no changes made or anything. The only thing I have done is logged into Admin to make sure everything looked good there and it does. So no changes at all have been made to the website since it was last up and working fine a couple weeks ago.

What is reported by "admin" -> "version"?
