USPS shipping not appearing in modules

I FTP'd the newest USPS shipping module files to my site yesterday after first saving my settings and uninstalling the old module. Now when I log in to the admin panel, the USPS module isn't showing . What did I do wrong here?

Sounds like you did not FTP it to your site correctly or you have a problem with your files such as backup files of the old USPS shipping in the drectory causing an issue as the /shipping directory is an autoloading directory ...

You might look in the /logs directory ( this is /cache on old versions of Zen Cart) and see if there are any debug logs ...

NOTE: You appear to be using an ancient version of Zen Cart and seriously should upgrade to the current version due to the bugs, security issues etc. of your current Zen Cart plus gain the added improvements/enhancements of up to date software ...

Reinstalled the files and it's showing now. I am going to have to upgrade very soon.
