Using Zencart V 1.5.4, never upgraded, one-click install by softaculous, PHP version 5.3, MySQL version 5.5.47-cll

Okies, opening an estore for a customer located in Arkansas, USA. Theirs is a location based sales tax ... folks in one town may or may not pay a different rate than those in the next town.

I work in retail sales of furniture as my day job, and Arkansas requires that when I sell to anyone that I look up the zip +4 address before I figure the sales tax for furniture or appliances. I doubt that this is necessary in Zencart, but not sure.

Have lots of time invested in getting this off the ground ... wondering if this plug-in will take care of this problem for me (and my customer).
