.xps doc to save when trying to print--Error

Usually I can find answers upon a search - but this one i can not so please help.

I printed on Sunday so this is very sudden.

I need to print my order invoices and when I click on the print in file, the save document screen comes up to save .xps file. I have tries to save and if I cancel there is a printer error -I have printed from other sources so I am thinking there is a problem that I need to address.

I use Firefox and have AVG- Zonealarm -Super antispyware and Malwarebytes..

Ideas please

In a stock install I do not see a "print" button
What addon do you have for this?

TY for your time Kobra - I just found out the problem - nothing to do with my zencart- Thank goodness!!!!! it was something weird in my printer settings.. TY muchly....
