USPS Retail Ground option not showing at checkout

I just updated my USPS shipping module. Everything seems to be working but I can't get "USPS Retail Ground" option to display. I've tried various package weights and destinations. I've also checked min. and max. weights (all default). I'm only displaying Media Mail Parcel and Priority Mail and need Retail Ground to fall between the two.

Do you have the current USPS January 17, 2016 K8 shipping module installed:

If so, can you edit the settings in the Modules ... Shipping ... USPS and turn on the Debug to Logs and try a quote then look in the /logs directory and Zip the Shipping log(s) created and attach to your post so we can see what they say ...

I have the current version of the module, K8. I don't quite know how to read the debug file, but it looks like the service I'm looking for, Retail Ground Parcel, is only available when required due to size, zone, or other USPS restrictions. Does that sound right?

Debug file is attached, but this looks like the line in question:

If you could actually turn on the USPS Debug and set it to Logs then try a quote and Zip the file generated in the /;ogs directory and attach it to your post, it contains a lot of information in it that can help determine what is wrong with your USPS that it is not working ...

NOTE: 10 to 1 it is because USPS does not allow USPS Ground for certain zones ...

There is a way to force this, but then the other quotes will not show ...

Do you have "some" products that require the USPS Retail Ground? Or you just want to use it? It will be available when the shipping is to Zones that allow for this ...

That sounds like the issue. I just wanted to have it offered as an option, so I think it will be when the zone permits.
