Trying to buy the Zen Cart Users Guide at cucumbermedia

can anybody tel me how i can purchase the zen cart users guide as advertised as i have tried for a number of days a number of times and it allways says

I haven't gone to try to purchase it at this time, but at least didn't get a "do not disturb" sign. :)

The lulu site's got a message indicates that a customer should go to cucumbermedia.com to purchase a version of the book that's applicable to Zen Cart 1.5.4; it's cucumbermedia.com that's showing down-for-maintenance.

hi and yes thats the guide but i am at a loss to know how to buy it the site should not be down for such a long time , makes me wonder why !
