define_pages_editor blank after upgrading

I upgraded from 152 to 154 this morning and am trying to clean up the website. After using the define pages editor under tools to modify certain pages, I click on the save button at the bottom of the page, I get the following:

http://www.mywebsite.com/admin/define_pages_editor.php?lngdir=english&filename=define_page_2.php&action=save

and a blank screen

If I then go to http://www.mywebsite.com/admin by erasing the rest of the line, everything is erased on page 2

Before someone says something, that is not the name of my admin file or my website.

I went to the log. This is the error that I'm getting when I try to modify page_2 (or any other page):

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_record_admin_activity() in /home3/website/public_html/admin/define_pages_editor.php on line 81

I processed an order this morning. When I clicked on the "update" button. Again I got a blank screen. Here is the error message for that one:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_record_admin_activity() in /home3/website/public_html/admin/orders.php on line 233

I reloaded the orders.php file and the define_pages_editor.php file from a copy of the software as was one of the suggestions in that article. I then attempted to modify page_2. Same result and error as before.

In both cases it will save the information.

Some how you don't have the file: admin/includes/classes/class.admin.zcObserverLogEventListener.php

You are correct in that file being missing along with the 2 other similar files. I uploaded all 3. Tried modifying page_2 (easy page for me to modify). Still getting the same error reference:

On another note, now would be a really good time to answer the questions in the posting tips, as these files ought not be missing from a standard ZC install... So important to understand why they are.

Thank You for pointing me in the direction to look. After seeing the last comment I went and looked to see what other new files had been added in v154. I then checked to see if the system had copied them to the website. 7 out of the 12 had not gotten uploaded. The website works fine now.
