Attempting New Template Selection - Edit is not available

Hello,

I'd like to select a new template. However under Tools / Template Selection, where there should be an "Edit" button at the right, there is none. All I have on this page is:

Template Selection
Template Language Template Name Template Directory Action

Why is the Edit button missing and how can I resolve this?

If you have not added any plugins that affected any admin files
Try reloading all your admin files from a fresh distribution of your version

1. Have you installed a second/other plugin?
2. What errors do you have logged in your cache directory. The file(s) may contain your secret admin directory, please obscure this info if posting it. Also, before pasting press the # button in the messagebox toolbar to generate code tags. Paste info between the open and close tags.

Echoing on mc12345678's call, you're seeing a partial-whitescreen where a PHP module experienced an error so the page rendering stopped. You've got a present waiting for you in your store's /cache folder (since you're using Zen Cart v1.5.0).

Perhaps your new template's template_info.php file (/includes/templates/new_template/template_info.php) got mangled in the upload?

I checked the template_info.php and it looks clean. Per another post I read, the $template_name has no special characters in it. No extra spaces at end of lines, no extra line at end.

I have installed no other plugins.

in the cache directory I found:

I have a includes/classes/split_page_reslults.php, if this is what the above refers to.

I guess I will try a reload of all of my admin files per kobra's suggestion.

Re-uploaded all of my admin files. The template edit select button is there, but the appearance of my site's been hosed.

The site header and the main page is gone back to default Zen-cart logo and "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart E-Commerce Solution" etc.

Thank goodness this is a dev site, not my live one that I'm preparing to update. But I don't know how to fix what got zapped.

It's showing your site using the Classic Contemporary Green template.
That happens when the selected template has been reset back to "classic contemporary green".
