Paypal: 2016 Merchant Security Roadmap

I'm new here so I hope I'm in the right thread. I tried finding any post related to my concern but did not find any, so here I'm creating a new thread.

about TLS 1.2 and HTTP/1.1 upgrade, SSL certificate upgrade and much more.
My question is, is there any code change that we need to do? or is this only for the server admin?
