What to do when all your zc sites suddenly has a database connection nddbc.html page

Everything was working ok on my zc sites and I had no changes, in fact I was looking at the admin this morning.
Then I just discovered all domains sql connections have been effected.
I did allow bluehost to restore and still not loading, they say it may need time.
WTF

mysql is most likely down on the server
There is nothing you can do about this it is up to your host
If it happens often or for long periods - it may be time to seek another host

Thankfully I was able to retrieve my sites. I had to reenter my user password for dBASE and resort to my good files instead of their faulty back up restore function. I may just leave my host if weird keeps happening. The price I pay for a shared hosting plan I guess. Thanks kobra.😃
