Shipping is incorrect

Hello,
I have set up international shipping but when i reach stage 2/3 on the checkout where the order totals are shown the shipping rate it is taking it from which should say GB is blank and the postage cost is at 2000!

You did not state what shipping module(s) you have installed
You have not provided what version of ZenCart you have installed
You have not provided any of your server information

BTW: your link does not allow add to cart to actually place item in the cart even after selecting it the cart is empty

i am using zone rate shipping module, i am also using FEC checkout which may be causing the problems as it works perfectly on our other websites without fec checkout installed.
i am using version 1.5.4
the server is cpanel / whm and is operating on linux, it is a dedicated server,
the add to cart button is now fixed, thankyou
