Integration with Active Campaign for product cross-promotion?

I am checking out if there is a current way to integrate zencart with Active Campaign, but not just about the customer informations (name, email, etc.) but also what they bought. I would love to have something to help suggest other products based on what the customer has just purchased, or send specific promotions of products that were not yet purchased by customers. I have no idea if this exists or not.

Do you know if there is more than just customer information integration, like products purchased? Or would i have to install it to figure it out? Is there any documentation about it?

Yes I suppose one would have to install it but also probably need an account with the specific supplier

Since i don't understand ANYTHING about creating a plugin, would one for Active Campaign be in demand by others? And someone wiser than I could create it?
