Requests/Suggestions in Admin

I do not know where to put thread, so I am sorry in advance.

A couple of ideas/suggestions for the next update;

Admin/configuration/my store/html editor - If this is no longer used/need should this be removed completely?
Admin/catalog/ categories/products/NOTE: Category has SubCategories Products cannot be added – you can add products to this by moving a product. Is it possible to write some code etc so that if you want to move a product in to a category with sub-categories to block the move?

On the second item, what is being used to move the product? It is considered acceptable to have disabled product in a category that also has sub-categories and the ZC core code supports that action. But if some external code to the core store operation is being used then it is up to the coder of that code (or operator once the situation is recognized) to properly navigate such a move.

So where/with what is such a move permitted/how could one repeat the described move "issue"? Is it just as simple as moving a product from one location to another via the products/categories menu?
