Can I add Potential Customers into my Admin for Newsletter Only?

I am looking for a plugin that I can add Potential Customers in the admin that they can only receive eNewsletter then if they want to purchase something then they can actually do a full registration. Is there something like this?

That plugin is absolutely not what you are looking for!

While it might appear that it provides the functionality that you desire, it tears the heck out of Zen Cart core-files (and the database), making it "very difficult" to not only install but also to remove.

I don't remember if the "MailChimp Sidebox" interface requires a customer-account created; you might check that plugin and its support-thread.

I would suggest you manage this outside of your cart so you don't have to worry about creating accounts. Just bear in mind that the approach you are suggesting

could be a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. You want them to sign up. Sending unsolicited commercial email is not permitted in the US.
