Starting at price is including attributes

Starting at price is including attributes

I just noticed that the Starting at Price is including the attribute on some of the items (not all). The price added to cart is correct, but the price on the item page is wrong. The price is supposed to be $2.50 with the addition of an attribute to be $3.50. Starting at Price is showing $3.50.

Are those products that are "not displaying properly" configured as "priced by attribute"?

Which issue is the one of concern? The one pointed out by lat9 or the fact that the starting at price actually includes the cost of the lowest priced attribute selection? (or both. :))
