How to proper read the Counter History for last 10 recorded days

Hi,
It's there, but I never understood how to read it

Counter History for last 10 recorded days Session - Total

let's say 63 - 184

This means what ? And those the admin session counts ? Or is there a way to prevent some admin IP ?

Thanks

There you have it. Read the manual.
Thanks !

Is there a plugin that goes a litle further, but not as heavy as analytics ?

There was a "user tracking" mod, but I think the consensus is that Analytics gives access to more data.

If your host provides you with cpanel, it has great analytics like awstats.
