Hubspot CRM

Just interested to know if anyone has successfully integrated Zen Cart with HUBSPOT CRM?

Re: Hubspot CRM

Ok, how difficult is it? Would you be able to create a mod from your integration?

Re: Hubspot CRM

So far, so good. I'm using their API as-is.

Whether or not it turns into a plugin depends on my client's wishes.

Re: Hubspot CRM

So far, what I've done is minimal:

  • Create account in Zen Cart => Create account in HubSpot.
  • Customer makes a purchase => Update customer's life-cycle-stage to "customer"

Feel free to PM me.

Re: Hubspot CRM

Ok no worries. I'm interested more than anything, rather than need it specifically. It would be nice to apply it into one of my own projects at some point which is running Wordpress, Zen Cart and WHMCS together.

I've never worked with integrating any CRM with ZC. How long did this take you roughly?

Re: Hubspot CRM

It took (including the time to review/understand their API) roughly 6 hours to create a HubSpot account upon Zen Cart account-creation (on customer opt-in) and to update a customer's HubSpot account record's lifecyclestage upon subsequent order-placement.

In your opinion is Hubspot's CRM worth the work? Has it greatly benefited your client?

Re: Hubspot CRM

The client's happy (and I learned something), so I'll call that "worth it".
