freeoptions is not appearing on front end

Right now site have USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Store Pick Up, FreeShipper (Always free shipping from edit product).

Installed Free Shipping Options (freeoptions) but it is not appearing on front end.

Can some one assist how to display Free Shipping Options (freeoptions) along with other shipping methods?

What are your admin settings for the newly added freeoptions method? Sort order?

Sort order tried 5 and 6. 1-4 are being used by other modules.


Enable Free Options Shipping True Shipping Cost 0.00 Handling Fee 0 Total >= 30 Total <= Weight >= Weight <= Item Count >= Item Count <= Tax Class --none-- Tax Basis Shipping Shipping Zone 48 Lower States Sort Order 6

Do the others have the same zone setup?

I'm not seeing anything in the default code for that shipping module that seems to "detect" any other module being active. I also haven't looked over known issues with ZC 1.5.3 and above to see if there is something related that could explain the observed result.

That said, what is happening with this module active and a shipping location identified as somewhere in the 48 states?
