More importantly why?
There are ways to prepare data outside of the admin to then push it to the admin screen as necessary (copy/paste, upload/import, etc...) If the timeout is occurring "without" your knowledge there is a plugin called keep alive that will alert you when the timeout is approaching so that a timer reset action can be performed.

You can turn off PCI Compliant timeout mode in Admin->Configuration->My Store if you don't want to operate in compliance with standard security rules.
