[Done v155b] Missing layout_boxes configuration for responsive_classic on upgrade

I'd submitted this originally as a note in the upgrading section, but just had a question in the Clone a Template support thread from another Zenner.

This is going to confuse the heck out of people that are upgrading and "looking to" update their template, especially since their version of the layout is going to be different from a freshly installed one.
