I am just starting to build my store and I got one free product up on my store and when Checking out I get this error see image below. All I was checking is to see if downloads worked on the store My store URL is http://www.dreamingofpsp.co.uk/index.php. It's only my terms and conditions that are up. I am the store owner and I have got quite a few friends that would use my store. The store is based in the UK. I use free shipper module for shipping as this my store only uses downloadable products. How do I correct this?

Are these downloads free? Or paid?
What payment modules do you have enabled? What are the settings for those?

If paid, you've probably applied a zone-restriction to your payment module instead of leaving it at --none--. If free, you've probably not enabled the free-charger module.

Ensure you also have a free payment method setup in Admin>Modules>Payment as well as the free shipper module. I'm sure I had a similar problem and this sorted it out.
I used the Freecharger option. You will probably need to setup taxes, zones etc in Admin>Location/Taxes. There is plenty of info on this forum for that.

right the only payment module I have got is PayPal Express. I will put a image up of my settings below. I have enabled free- Charger as that was disabled.

Umm thing is though that with free charger... the product is free... if you are planning to charge for the product, then need to properly setup one of the other payment processors.

the product was free and i have got paid for and free stuff on my store.

all I know is that I was messing w/ too many files now I've got this error...

I have no zones defined for payment modules ie --none--

I'm wondering if some value in the configuration table within the database is not right.

I don't have any weird payment modules enabled or in the directory.

I can't seem to get any of them to "turn on" aside from paypal but then it loads w/o a radio button.

I'm trying to work my way up the code logic in tpl_checkout_payment_default.php

It seems that $selection is 0?
